1. About this platform

This platform provides AI training and an independent certification. The platform is organized and powered by Clever Analytics and Insights Inc. The certification standard is independent of any platform or vendor. You must be an adult to use the platform.

2. What this platform is

A learning environment and a credentialing service. It is not a product-shipping platform, an employer, or an employment agency.

3. Your work stays yours

You keep full ownership of your business context, your work products, and your outputs. The platform does not own them. We hold a limited license to review your submitted work for assessment. We do not display your work publicly unless you give permission for that specific piece. You may withdraw permission for a piece at any time; the withdrawal applies to future display.

4. Your employer's content rules

Your employer may set rules about what work content their staff may use or share. You are responsible for following your employer's content rules when you submit or share work.

5. Enrollment and acknowledgment

Tiers are sequential: Associate is a prerequisite for Practitioner, and Practitioner for Certified. Acceptance into the program is decided by a person. Before you enroll you must acknowledge these terms; the step cannot be skipped. If your employer purchased your seat, you still complete your own acknowledgment.

6. How credentials are decided

Your work is reviewed by certified reviewers under a published rubric. Reviews are double-blind. The AI learning guide supports your learning; it does not score your work and does not take part in credential decisions.

7. Verification

Every credential has a verification token and a public verification page. Badges and downloadable certificates reference the same verification record.

8. Employer access to your portfolio

Your employer selects their requested access level at registration. You accept or decline. If you decline, both parties are notified and you and your employer may agree between yourselves; the platform is not part of that discussion. Until an agreement is accepted, your employer sees only your name, credential tier, and verification link. Either party may change position later with notice.

9. Your account

Accounts use your email address. Your credential is tied to your email, not to an employer.

10. Payments

Current prices are pilot-program prices shown at checkout. Payment is processed by the operator's payment provider. A purchase does not guarantee a credential.

1. Who this covers

Anyone who applies to, studies in, or holds a credential, and employer contacts who register.

2. What we collect

Your account email; your application information; the work you submit for assessment; learning behavior signals (session pace, attempt patterns, error catching, refinement depth, verification behavior, difficulty response, engagement consistency, tools used); impact measures (what you completed, improvements over time, markers of how you innovate and verify); assessment records (double-blind); operational logs used to keep the platform working and to publish the public status page.

3. What we do not do

We do not sell your data. We do not show your employer your guide's records, behavior signals, or impact measures. We do not use behavior data to score work or decide credentials. We do not display your work publicly without your permission for that piece. We do not provide individual assessment data to employers for hiring, promotion, or discipline decisions.

4. What you can see and control

You can see what your guide observes about you. You control per-piece display permission. You can accept or decline employer portfolio access and change your position later with notice.

5. Patterns and program improvement

We study patterns from how candidates learn — never tied to any individual. Groups smaller than a minimum size are not reported. Patterns are used to improve the program; they are not shown to employers or publicly.

6. Employer goal declarations

Employers may state the outcomes they want for their team. We compare stated goals to measured, group-level results. We never report individual results to employers.

7. Retention

Assessment and credential records are retained for as long as the credential can be verified. Retention periods for other data are under legal review.

8. Security

Accounts are email-based with anti-abuse protection at every form. Records are isolated so only you can read your own learning records. Errors are reported to the operator immediately and system status is published publicly.

You may ask what data we hold, request a copy, request corrections, and request deletion as described. Requests: deborah@cleveranalytics.io.

1. What you get

Seat purchasing for your staff, individually or in bulk — a purchase only; each staff member completes their own acknowledgment, meets tier prerequisites, and is accepted by a person. An organization-level outcome report showing completions, group-level outcome measures, and verifiable credential confirmations. Seat management through your employer administrator.

2. The limits on your report

Group results only. You do not receive individual scores, reviewer information, staff learning-guide records, behavior signals, impact measures, or internal pattern studies. The report cannot be used for hiring, promotion, or discipline decisions; it is for staff development and program evaluation only.

3. Portfolio access agreement

At registration you select the access level you would like. Your staff member accepts or declines. On decline, both are notified and you may agree directly; the platform is not part of that discussion. Until agreement is accepted you receive only name, credential tier, and verification link. Either party may change position later with notice.

4. Your goals, measured against results

You may declare the outcomes you want and why. Declared goals are recorded as your claims, not facts. Your report compares what was measured, what you expected, and what cannot yet be measured for your goals.

5. Content your staff uses

You may set rules for what work content your staff may use and share. The platform does not own your staff's work products; a limited license applies for assessment review only. Public display requires that person's permission for the piece.

6. Payment

Pilot pricing is published at checkout. Payment buys enrollment, not a credential.

7. Program changes

What this certification is

This is an applied AI competency certification for business professionals. It validates that a candidate has demonstrated practical AI capability through real-work portfolio submissions, assessed by reviewer review against published competency standards.

What this certification is not

This is not a vendor-specific certification. It is not tied to any specific AI tool, platform, or vendor. It does not certify knowledge of a particular product. It certifies applied competency — the ability to use AI effectively and responsibly in business contexts.

Vendor neutrality

The certification standards are vendor-neutral. Candidates may use any AI tool to complete their portfolio. The assessment criteria focus on competency outcomes, not tool-specific proficiency.

Tiers

Certification is offered in sequential tiers: AI Associate (foundational applied competency), AI Practitioner (intermediate applied competency), and Certified AI Practitioner (advanced applied competency). Each tier requires the prior tier as a prerequisite.

Assessment method

Certification is awarded based on reviewer review of portfolio submissions. Each submission is reviewed against published competency standards. There is no automated scoring — every credential decision is made by a certified reviewer.

Verification

Every credential includes a public verification reference. Anyone can verify a credential's validity, tier, and status through the public verification portal. No login is required to verify a credential.

Validity period

Credentials are valid for the period stated on the credential record. Expired credentials may be renewed through continued professional development.

Independence and operator

AI Certification Pathways is an independent certification tool, organized and powered by Clever Analytics and Insights Inc. The certification standards are maintained independently of any platform, vendor, or tool provider. Clever Analytics and Insights Inc. administers the certification process but does not own the competency standards. This separation ensures the certification remains vendor-neutral and independent.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site function, remember your preferences, and understand how you use the platform.

2. Cookies we use

We use strictly necessary cookies to operate the platform — these enable authentication, session management, and secure access to your account and certification records. These cookies cannot be disabled if you wish to use the platform.

We do not use third-party advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or cross-site behavioral advertising cookies. We do not sell data collected through cookies to third parties.

3. Essential cookies

Authentication session cookies (keep you logged in securely), CSRF protection cookies (prevent cross-site request forgery), and bot-protection cookies (Cloudflare Turnstile verification tokens). These are required for the platform to function and for security.

4. Managing cookies

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies will prevent you from logging in, accessing your dashboard, submitting portfolios, and using the Learning Lab.

5. No advertising tracking

This platform does not participate in interest-based advertising or retargeting. We do not place cookies for the purpose of building advertising profiles.

1. Types of communication

We communicate with you through email and, where you have provided explicit consent, SMS text messages. Communication types include: application status updates, enrollment confirmations, payment receipts, portfolio review results, credential issuance notifications, onboarding sequence emails, and inactivity touchpoints.

2. SMS authorization (TCPA compliance)

If you provide a phone number and explicitly consent to SMS communications, you authorize AI Certification Pathways and its service providers to send you text messages related to your certification journey. SMS messages are sent for transactional purposes only — application status changes, enrollment activation, and time-sensitive credential notifications.

You are not required to provide a phone number or consent to SMS as a condition of enrollment. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.

3. Opting out

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying "STOP" to any message. You may opt out of non-essential emails by replying with "unsubscribe" to any email or contacting deborah@cleveranalytics.io. Transactional emails required to operate your enrollment and credential record cannot be opted out (e.g., payment receipts, credential issuance, terms changes).

4. CAN-SPAM compliance

All commercial emails comply with the CAN-SPAM Act: accurate sender identification, non-deceptive subject lines, a valid physical postal address, and a clear unsubscribe mechanism honored within 10 business days. The operator's physical mailing address is on file with the platform and available upon request.

5. Frequency

We do not send marketing emails. You will only receive communications directly related to your certification journey, your application, your enrollment, your portfolio reviews, and your credentials. Onboarding sequence timing is configurable by the Designated Authority.

6. No sharing

Your contact information is not shared with, sold to, or rented to third parties for marketing purposes. Service providers who transmit communications on our behalf are bound by data protection agreements and may not use your information for their own purposes.
